New recipe for an old sandwich
Edited on Mon Jan-31-05 12:20 PM by MrScorpio
What you need:

1/4lb thinly sliced corned beef
1/4lb swiss cheese
1/4cup sliced red bell pepper
1/4cup sliced onions
2 slices of buttered and toasted rye bread
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon thousand island dressing

Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sautee corned beef, peppers and onions at high heat for 7 mins. Drain and pile high on toasted bread with dressing. Add cheese.

Enjoy your own little slice of heaven.

2. Sounds great!
Here's another variation on an old favorite: try adding some curry powder to your egg salad. Fan-frickin'-tastic!

3. OMG i love curry in anything
but i only cook with it when i can open the windows. It tends to make everything in the house smell like curry.

4. Sounds great, also sounds like its nearly 900-1000 calories
depending on the amount of butter and type of dressing.
