That dude has been found guilty already and it seems that everyone agrees. I know this has been beaten into the ground, but I was wondering if anyone here thinks he might be innocent.

2. If his fingerprints and the fingerprints of his victim are on...
...the porn found in his house, then I think it's hard to say he's innocent.

4. i suppose its possible hes just guilty of negligence
maybe he was looking at the magazine and just left it someplace, and the kid found it, that could explain the fingerprints...not bloody likely, but possible

To be honest, it doesn't matter to my life one way or another. I just thought I would ask people here.

6. Here, read this and see if it seems truthful to you
http://courttv.aol.com/news/jackson/docs/psychiatric.html?page=1

It's an interview by a psychologist of the boy he allegedly molested.

7. Quite possible
The mother has already been outed as a longtime scam artist. There are really three possibilities here:

1) Jackson did it.

2) It's another fabricated scam by the kids mom to get at Jacksons money.

3) The Jackson did it, but the kid was put there by the mom hoping that it would happen, for the same reasons outlined in #2

That puts the odds at 1 in 3 that he didn't do it. Not the greatest odds, but not bad by any means.

9. his terrible judgment continually puts him and kids at risk
part of me can't believe that this is happening again, and he revels in it, like it's a big circus. I think it is gross and part of me wishes he were in jail. ( assuming things can be proved, of course)

17. Odds... Schmodds....
How about a jury trial... and public discussion (not sentencing.. at least not yet?)

anyway.. it'd be nice if we could stick to the justice system & focus on making certain that the just part stays in it... or is reinserted where it's wandered.

and... Why do I have that damn song in my head!!!??? ARGHHH frustrating :silly:

16. Well I suppose it could be he just loves children.
And Bush invaded Iraq because he wanted to find the WMD's, liberate the Iraqi people and bring Democracy to the middle east.

Then again it could be Jacko's a pedophile and Bush is a power mad psychopath.

19. I'm open to the possibility that Jackson didn't commit an actual crime
Jackson could very well be, strictly speaking, completely innocent.

Jackson may or may not be a molester, but as far as I'm concerned, he's most definitely a pedophile. And as other people have already pointed out, at the very least he's guilty of repeated poor judgement.

It's quite likely that Jackson's far more calculating than that, though. On Steve Gilliard's blog, a poster named FMGuru made this observation:

I'm mostly struck by the way Jackson recruits his little playmates. He trolls children's hospitals, Make-A-Wish, and whatnot, looking for kids who are sick, poor, and with troubled parents. Then he whisks them off to Neverland, for his fun, and writes a big check to the parents, to help them out with their debts and medical bills and whatnot. So he can count on the parents not complaining because they are blinded by money and/or celebrity, and their background (mostly poor grubby white trash) makes it easy to wave away any complaints as greed, or extortion. I'll bet Jacko picks kids whose parents have criminal records on purpose, so they come pre-discredited if they speak out.

I'll tell you one thing -- I sure as hell would never let him anywhere near my kid.
