Unfortunately I can't list them all.

For the life of me, I've never understood the acclaim for Duck Soup, which always struck me as a collection of amusing skits in search of a movie. At least ...Opera has a great ending, instead of a sense of "okay, we've run out of jokes, so let's just wrap it up quickly."
Runners-up: Horsefeathers, followed by The Cocoanuts.

...but you should really have The Coconuts (1929?) - their first film!
If you have to substitute I'd take off 'Go West'

6. Monkey Business for me, too |

Maybe because it has the most of Harpo being transcendentally ineffable.
I just IMDB'd it and found the screenplay was by S.J. Perelman. Somehow, I'm not surprised.
I have fond memories of Animal Crackers, as well, but my recollection is that it drags in spots.

they're my favorite comedy team ever. But I have a sentimental attachment to A Day at the Races.

The first two, Cocoanuts and Animal Crackers are a little too stagey, which makes sense since they are play adaptations.
Monkey Business is great.
But Duck Soup just seems special. It's a satire for the ages.
I do agree with one filmaker's summation of the Marx brother's films. I won't mention his name as that can start a flame war of its own but....
None of the Marx Brother's movies are really good films. Technology was weak, the film craft was not developed at that time. Hell, they had to soak paper in water to use it on the set of Cocoanuts because of the primitive sound equipment being too sensitive.
But they are great records of their performances.
