Best commentary I saw on the riot last night |
|
A lot of people were dissapointed it wasn't actually about something, and was just a bunch of drunk kids starting shit. But there was something very strange about seeing Abercrombie and Fitch wearing kids, anarchist punks, hippies, nerds, jocks, kids of all races and the trouble causers and the normally "good" kids all get together and instead of fighting each other starting fires in the middle of the road for no reason.
a strange sort of microism of world peace.

then again most of the people were just there to check out what was going on and not really participating. but someone just pointed out that it brought a weird sort of unity between all the cliques, races, ect.

4. Makes you feel prou to feel human, doesn't it? |
|
If it's not even for a cause, let alone a worthy cause, there's little left about humanity to have pride for. :-(
