OMG! I just learned about Kephra!!!

Guys, I am so sorry! I had absolutely no idea about the sad passing of one of DU's most finest until today!

During the month of January Sapph was here in Australia, so I was taking a break from the computer completely!

Anyway, I so want to pass along my condolences to his family and friends. I am truly sorry for this loss.

Keph was a unique guy, and he is going to be so missed both here on DU and the real world! And I for one am so greatful for having known (through DU) such a wonderful person!

Very sad loss indeed!

I just don't know what to say! I had wondered why I hadn't seen him around lately, but figured either I was missing his posts, or he was on vacation. I never dreamed that this was the reason.

2. I didn't know him personally

but felt the lose to deeply. We were bound by wanting something better for Indiana and our country. There have been some wonderful memorials for him I hope you search and find them here.

Was there anything determinative regarding what he died of?

5. Bloot clot from what I recall

probably embolized to his lungs

6. Didn't his mother post that a blood clot formed and made it to his lungs?

Believe that was the report. Very tragic and terrible loss to DU, and America.

Still find myself looking for him in LBN.
