I had a deck of Witches Tarot, Arthurian, and Spirit-but I always go back to the Rider-Waites. I like them better.

but I was given a gift of a Tarot card reading for my birthday a couple weeks back and it did make some sense (job stuff, the things I tend to worry about in life, and one other thing that I'm not so sure about at this point). Supposedly my reading was very good, but do they even tell you if the reading isn't good?
The way I see any of that stuff is that if it helps you understand yourself better, that's good. If it influences your decisions too much in a major way, not so good. No more odd that mainstream religion when you think about it from a logical point of view. It's sort of a faith a person has in the unseen. I'm not sure if I have much faith in anything personally, but I respect many beliefs and maintain an open mind. :)
