It's a bitch to cook, but worth it. I've yet to try the shortcut method.

3. What's the difference?

I've seen it at Trader Joe's and maybe a couple other places, but how is it different from "regular" oatmeal. And do you pour Guinness on it? :beer:

You know how they call Quaker Oats "rolled oats?" And how they're flat, and very light?

I don't think this stuff has been processed at all, except maybe the grains are cut in half.

It takes about 30-45 min. to cook. And you have to be prepared for the Colon Blow experience (as I've learned as the day has gone on).

It tastes different, too. A little chewy and kinda nutty. VERY, very tasty stuff.
