How can I fix Jon Stewart's face?

I made this t-shirt and he looks funny. I think maybe the hair part is too big? He has a funny face, and it's hard to translate without making him look like a creepy old man or something.

It looks a little too long and the hair a little too fluffy. BUT I WANT ONE! :)
