As predicted by many of you, I woke up sore today (despite the stretching and the hot bath).
The good news is, I got dressed and went to the gym again. I did 1.4 miles on the track today (1.0 miles jogging--I JOGGED A MILE!!!). Once again I stretch well before and after, and this time, during.
Still need to get some help for my abs (that won't cause more problems for this silly hernia) but I'm pretty proud of myself.
I found one shower stall at the gym that has the most heavenly water pressure. I may never want to shower at home again!

1. Try warming up first by jogging for about 5 minutes |

then streching. Many muscle injuries are a result of streching cold. Give it a try and see how your muscles feel. If your gym has a sauna, use it after your workout. It may help your soreness. Good luck.

I'll give that a try
I'm also thinking of checking out a yoga class a couple of times every week, to help with my flexibility and strength.
