how right the man was. No, seriously. Guys. We're Democrats. We're all about protecting life, right? We're against the war because we're for life, right? Well, why aren't we part of his bold new culture of life? I'll tell you why. Because I think we secretly like death. I think we seriously are all enamoured with the thought of terrorists attacking the USA, with the death of babies and the disabled, with the deaths of anyone lower than us on our mighty liberal pedestals. That's why we were against Iraq--because it would be helping people lower than us, and we can't have that, now can we? Of course not. We're only for supporting ourselves. We're for so-called 'progressive' tax policies that actually keep poor people poorer by preventing employment. We say we want to help keep America safe, but we gut the military and refuse to take part in war to defend our nation. The left is corrupt and sanctimonious, and I've had enough of it. You can keep your professors and media establishment (they really are lefties, check the statistics.) You can keep your atheism, too. I'm fed up with trying to move this party to the right where it belongs. If you won't move where America needs you, I will. I'm leaving DU forever, and joining FR. And no more volunteering for Dem candidates. I hope as many of you as possible will join me in support of Rice '08, starting immediately, on today, April Fool's Day ;)
