What is the average height for US women? My sister and I have an |
|
argument about it. She says 5'3". I say 5'6".
I'm not very good at researching things on Google, and I hoped somebody here might know.

13. Usually I buy men's shirts |
|
Sleeves are long enough and I do not have that ridey uppy thing.
I have extremely long legs, so the shirts do not always ride up..

8. I think height varies greatly, depending on where you live. |
|
I'm 5'9" - when I lived in NC, I towered about all the women, and most of the men. But now I'm back in WI, and my height is not unusual at all. I guess Germans and Norwegians are taller.

My family is German-Norwegian-Irish. Four sisters. "Shorty" is 5'9" -- I'm 6'1".
Gotta expect that when German grandfather was 6'6". :)
Visiting The Netherlands was marvelous = nearly EVERYONE there was tall as me and taller. :)
