No, this isn't a review of Star Wars.
It's a review of something associated with Star Wars that was pure drek.

I saw it myself. BLECH!

2. I saw it only once, the original Thanksgiving broadcast.
My brother and I, Star Wars geeks to the gills and beyond, thought it was AWFUL! Terrible! Ghastly! Sort of a 'cow gives birth to two-headed calf, moon turns blood red, graves give up their dead, and fires rage in the heart of the city' bad. I still squirm with embarrassment and shame on behalf of Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, and Mark Hamill (who, let's admit, is a pretty cool voice for Joker)for having to do that miserable piece of shit. I don't care if it is available on video; I don't ever want to see it again!

6. "Starring... Jefferson Airplane"
Weren't they Jefferson Starship by then?

Nonetheless, it doesn't inspire any faith in the quality of the product, I'm afraid.

8. I wish Lucas would have the nerve to include it...
...in the inevitable "extras" disc when eps. 4-6 are finally, finally released on DVD.

But I'm sure he'd be happier if it never again saw the light of day.

9. I believe he once said something like...
"If I had my way, I'd destroy all copies of that show. It never existed."
I must admit, I agree with him completely.
It was horrible, and I saw it when it first came out!

12. I Can't Imagine That I Would Have Missed This
When it first came out, but for the life of me I don't remember seeing it. How could that be?

Were the wookies really watching soft porn or was it meant to be something else that came off as soft porn? Can someone explain that to me? Thanks...
