I was robbed of right this evening

Goddamit... I was covering an election debate...came back to the station and cut stuff up for tomorrow. I hadn't eaten dinner and was starving... so I go out to get some Rotten Ronnies or something... NOTHING was open.. what is that about?

As a reporter covering an election, working 16 hours, and getting off late... I have a RIGHT to eat terrible food late without feeling guilty... hell, I know guys that got into this just to DO that.

ANd those bastards robbed me of that right :mad:

1. I've worked 2nd and 3rd shift most of my life

and I must say, there are NOT enough services open for those of us (2/3 of the population, or THE MAJORITY OF THE WORKFORCE) who do NOT work 9-5. Banks and groceries (but for Meijer we'd be screwed), billing and "offices"....

It SUCKS.

Usually there is stuff open. However, tonight MCdicks was closed for maintenance. The only other open one is Wendys... which wasn't open :shrug:
I've been here six months.

Denny's was open but I wasn't gonna eat anything I could get at drive through..

See I can always find an all night gas station where I can get a candy bar and/or a bag of chips. I will take that over a burger or a taco or a chicken sandwich any day.
