I want food
Last night, my husband's Chinese food smelled so good. There were doughnuts at work. My husband picked up fast food tonight. Then there was the popcorn at the video rental place. I forgot to mention the self inflicted torture of reading some cook books and going to restaurant websites. I can't wait until Monday when I can have some toast and bananas. Yum. Food just looks and smells so good. I have to stop obsessing. Only one more day on this clear liquid diet. I can make it. I'll be healthy soon again. Then I can eat food.

1. you are fooling yourself with a liquid diet
do what I do. Don't eat meals, just graze all day long. That's what I've always done and I've never been overweight except for the extra few I gained when I quit smoking. And those are gradually disappearing.
