1. Can you be more specific?
In other words, what the fuck are you talking about?

B-)

It's impossible to page through that catalog without coveting like $150,000.00 worth of stuff...

4. I need a nice little acoustic amp
but I don't want to shell out $200-300 bucks for it.

9. I mean, if you could narrow it down to 9 or 12 products . . .
. . . perhaps we could have a discussion.

5. it always makes me cry
I always want sooo much. First I will look at the Les Pauls. I want a Les Paul Standard with a dark sunburst finish. Then I will look at my other favorite Solid-Body electric---Telecasters. I wouldn't mind having a Tele with the original wood grain finish.

Then we get into the Hollowbodies---Gibson ES-335s, Epiphone Casinos

6. oooohhh...Teles
I LOVE Telecasters. For the longest time I had my eye on '72 Tele Deluxe, sunburst finish. Sweet!

But, alas I've got Fender eyes but I'm on a Squire budget.

8. I got tired of buying effects, synths and mixers
Edited on Mon May-09-05 10:48 PM by tridim
So I splurged and bought an E-MU 1820m . I love multitasker electronics, it does everything (even has a pre-amp) for one price. Softsynth's rule.. I have a freaking Moog in my computer for cripes sake! Too bad I can't do the same thing with acoustic instruments.

Actually I'm currently into RC airplanes and it's much more of a wallet buster than home recording was. More addictive too. I have about 5 planes on my list.. At $400-$600 a pop that can get expensive really quickly. I get about 2 new RC catalogs per week.
