Unlike the PS2, the Xbox 360 won't be backwards compatible.
I have an Xbox, but I'll buy a PS2 before buying an Xbox 360.

Microsoft has already said it won't be backwards compatible. They also said it was a non-negotiable issue.
The Xbox 360 is the industry's worst kept secret.
The guts have already been leaked and gone over with a fine tooth comb.
