Ok, time for the PM to JVS what the hell is going on in the lounge game

I've been working lately. Working 12 hour shifts that usually go over to about 14 hours. As a result I am not free to be here as much and the times that I don't have work I often spend drinking beer and watching movies with friends. So some of you in the know people please tell me what the hell is going on. 3 things come to mind.

1) Cliquishness controversy. What happened? Also, am I part of some kind of clique? Am I an outsider? I really can't figure this one out.

2) I seem to notice some new stones in the graveyard. Who? What? Where ? When? Why?

3) What issues should be avoided?
