You have now reached the time when you start to lose the need for a cigarette every time you pick up a drink or a cup of coffee.
I quit on September 1, 1971. It took two years to get over it.

I know how hard it is to quit. But I think it makes you a much stronger person when you can overcome an addiction as powerful as nicotine.

That is wonderful! Now you're much less likely to ever have lung CA, or any of the awful diseases like COPD, or emphysema, etc...Your long term life expectancy has gone up, too...
