Once my lactating days ended and I finally settled into a size (and wasn't a monstrous G cup and could afford more than 2), I bought a bunch of them. Two pinks, two whites, two white strapless, one black lace, one black convertible (can go strapless or not), one burgundy, and one cream colored one. I saw a really cool zebra print the other day, but decided I wasn't ready for that yet. :D

I guess that makes it 5 colors. I had a purple one at one point. I want red too.

14. I used to hurt all the time.

I was heavier a few years back and nursing and the biggest motivator for me to get the weight off was the back pain I used to have. Even now, at just sort of normalish range curvy, my back gets sore sometimes, but it's not so bad. It always boggles my mind why people want implants. I mean, I'm comfortable with who I am, but it's not all it's cracked up to be either at times.

They are both sports bras and the only time I wear them is when I go to work (or if I run or ride horseback). I've never liked wearing a bra and never saw the need, especially for little old me. As a matter of fact, when my mother first strapped me into one (kicking and screaming), I wore it to school and immediately went into the bathroom and removed it. That was my modus operandi for years.

white and nude/beige.

38DDD doesn't come in a wide variety of colors. 36DDDD (my actual preferred size barely is manufactured at all.

And another thing, why do the bra people think that all women bigger around than 36 or 38 with C or D cups are also 6 feet tall? If I try a 40 C as suggested by one bra saleslady, the edge of the side bands is up in my armpits, Not exactly fun.

i have a lot also and sometimes i buy them just because i like the color and/or style even if i don't really need it.

i think it does support the argument that people do want to do things concerning their appearance to make themselves feel better and it's not always based on pressure or need for approval from others.
