If you have a high-quality original digital image of it, and you can't find it, and you really want the shirt, why not just print it out on a color printer and use those transfer things? They're not too bad. Cafe Press can do the same thing, even for only one shirt, and you probably won't have copyright issues if you don't make the store public or anything.

6. I don't have a clean copy of the picture. I don't have the magazine

itself. However, I do have a couple of copies of the Clash on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine - So,if I can't find this t-shirt, I might have one made from that. Thanks. :hi:
