I was struck indirectly (the bolt hit an electric fence line a foot above my head and bounced into me) when I was 16. It was completely painless. Simply blew me about 8 feet where I lay numb for several minutes, then I got up and walked away.

I figure it's quick, painless and everybody will remember me because of it. :)
