outfit forever. The recording keeps telling me how important I am to them and they will be back with me soon.
My question is this: can they, technically speaking, get :right back with you" when THEY HAVEN"T #$&*!!! BEEN WITH ME IN THE FIRST GODDAMN PLACE !?!?!?!?!???!!!!!!!

spent a total of 5 hrs on ph to india with 2 sepaprate 'techs' that had me re-load my sound card software 2doz times without admitting what was painfully obvious = the card had blown out. they said they sent a new one...never did. called manufac direct they sent a guy with a card, popped it in & voila! sound.
too many of them can't step outside the box anyhow. good luck with that...
