Do you like to grill?
In my whole life I have only grilled one time, on an old charcoal grill. It was a disaster. I always envied everyone who grilled to perfection with such ease. So, I finally bought a little Weber gas grill and set it up tonight and grilled outside for the first time. It was about 73 degrees, no humidity, and sunny. Aside from one of my cats deciding to slide down the 2nd floor deck stairs' railing and falling off with a bang onto the ground (fortunately he wasn't hurt), it was fantastic! Now I'm ready to try it with something more complicated than hamburgers, and invite some friends. What recipes do you suggest or what other advice do you have?

2. All year round
No matter how cold. I'll melt the ice off the grill for a good cheeseburger.

pork loin
Take a pork loin and run it with a mix of salt, pepper, a little cayenne, garlic powder, and cumin. place it on some foil so the drippings don't cause it to burn. cook it slow turning frequently.

How could I forget
BEER CAN CHICKEN. Google it,

3. Major grilling success starts with olive oil.
Always remember that. Brushing some olive oil onto whatever you are grilling before placing it on the heat is essential. Not having the food stick to the grill is the first step to grill mastery.

8. put ribs in a slow cooker
with a mixture of water, vinegar and barbeque sauce for a few hours.

Put them on the grille, sauce to taste, flip once.

Falls off the bone good.
