how about sending back those MILLION$ that us FIBs spend in your satae every year.

7. Those millions are used to replace the cows and other non-deer

wildlife you kill during deer hunting season; pays for the roads your hellbent driving and houses-on-wheels destroy; and is small compensation for the misery your shit-filled driving and fuck-all arrogant attitude bring to the decent citizens of that mild-mannered, friendly, decent-people state; and most significantly, pays for the millions of man hours required to pick up all your goddamn trash you throw along our highways, byways, rivers, and lakes while you try to cram 72 hours of "recreation" in to 48 hours.

8. Well,

I don't hunt up there, don't litter, and don't drive like the local drunks. I have property up there, which I pay taxes on, and basically have a very good time. Of course, once or twice a year some local yokel gives me some crap while I'm up there. I just let him (or her ) off with a warning, and let them live to see another day.

PS--- If you ever run into the ASSHAT that scratched FIB into the hood of my vehicle, while I was spending $$$ in a store up there, tell him/her they got away with an offense that would have resulted in MUCHO pain for them, had they not done it when no one was looking, as cowards always do.

9. Start going to Southern Illinois

It supports our own state, they don't hate tourists and the Shawnee National Forest is more beautiful than anything Wisconsin has to offer.

10. if there's anything that a "country bumpkin" hates

it's a city slicker coming in with their money and their attitude to sneer at the "local yokels". Plus, there is no amount of property tax dollars or business spending that will make up for making southern Wisconsin as packed with people on a weekend as frigging Chicago. If we wanted to live in a place as crowded as Chicago, we would have moved there. It is not that one or two fibs is such a bad thing, it is only when half a million of them swarm at you, it's like ya gotta goto Canada (or Kansas) to get away from them.
I must say that Illinois seemed to be one of the few places that voted the way the whole country should have as far as election 2004 goes.

12. The thing is,

I never had that attitude until a few idiots had to ruin it.
My family has lived or vacationed in Wisconsin for nearly 80 yrs.
I've always had a great time there, and I know many, many wonderful people there. For me, this whole FIB bullshit started in the 70's, and it just gets worse. I'm tired of it. Just a little uptight about the FIB nonsense, especially in light of all the crap I've gotten from some of your less stellar citizens---and yes, these individuals were all yokels.

I know some of my relatives in Portage are all old school Republicans, but they didn't seem all that enthusiastic about Dickhead and his puppet Bushboy.
