for those of you who have been following my continuing saga of my idiot neighbor ---

he hung this up over the weekend on a tree bordering his driveway....
he may not be an official member of the freepers - but I think this nominates him at least as a "freeper-wanna-be of the day"

he was overheard saying "...this will piss them (meaning neighbors) off"

well, it didn't - we all had a good laugh

we had a laugh over it... one neighbor quipped "sooo many paintballs, so little time...."

the idiot thought that hanging this head up would "piss them off" - but it didn't -- just one more example of how much of an idiot he is

meanwhile: the rain, sun and other weather conditions should cause some serious damage to it (yes it's a real head, don't know where he got it and don't care)

my partner is wondering when he's going hang up the critter's other end... or if he's going to hang up even more heads and decorate them with hats

9. idiot is putting up fence on other side of driveway

he has a permit to put up a fence on the left side of the driveway - but not on the right side due to easement/right of way restrictions...

but I heard him yesterday saying he was going to do just that. He's put up "string" to mark out the line and spray painted "X's" where he intends to dig the post holes this weekend.

we can't do anything about it unless he crosses over on our property. the easement and right-of-way refers to our neighbors in the back and another neighbor who owns property back there too. They would have to be the ones to file a complaint.

we did talk to the zoning officer - all he can do is to tell the idiot he doesn't have a permit for putting up a fence on the right side of the driveway. He can't do anything else until he sees a copy of deeds from other neighbors which spell out the easement/right-of-way - and then all he can do is to refuse a permit for that side.

if the idiot continues to put up the fence - it's up to the neighbors to file a complaint with the courts as it then becomes a civil matter.
don't know if they will or not - one neighbor doesn't want to deal with it, the other seems to be reluctant to "escalate" the situation even though they are impacted the most.

as for us - we put up a couple of NO TRESPASSING SIGNS on the tree line, and are going to get a 3-4 more signs to put up. This protects us from him driving his tractor/post hole digger onto our property to dig the post holes. He'll have to maneuver it around in tight spots on his own property.

Over the next couple of weeks, we are going to extend our hedge line and clear a path through the woods in back so we can go visit our other neighbors without stepping on the idiot's property.

for those who are advising reasonable negotiation and compromise -
just to give you more of a flavor of the type of idot he is -- the othe night he was out in his yard with a buddy and they are discussing some problem with a guy at work. (the guy happens to be black) The idiot yells out - "...damn niggers taking over...we gotta increase the white population..."

there's no talking sense to this idiot....

10. You should host a massive D.U. party

At the very least it would piss him off quite massively - potentially it might even frighten him away (he sounds like a wee bit of a chicken-hawk).

11. I will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of my 30th birthday

on July 23. We are planning on having a party.

We have friends from california that are driving out with their huge motor home - which will be parked in our driveway. They will be here for a week or two for my "anniversary"...

we've invited a couple of neighbors, and a few friends over to participate in the celebration....

following that - my partner's family will be with us for a few days in the beginning of August and then my family is coming out in September.
