Jesus christ! I thought I slept relatively well last night. I had some good protein for breakfast. I've had two cups of coffee and a Diet Coke.
Why the hell am I falling asleep!?

Have a piece of fruit or some crackers and p.b. or cheese, if you can. And walk a few minutes, also, if you can.

The only avenue I can suggest is making sure your sleep is sound and unbroken. Alcohol or some medications can disrupt REM sleep even if you get eight hours.
For me, I need a small dose terror to fully wake up. An 8AM meeting, catching a plane, a deadline, etc. That'll do it every time. But it's not a daily routine.
