4. The A/C

is very good, but the vents are routed in the wrong direction.

5. A/C vent control motor

is broken and the required parts aren't in. The vents are pointing into the offices instead of out into the lab space, where it's needed.

3. Ha! I brought a blanket to my office.

It goes nicely 'round my nether parts and keeps my feet warm and toasty. I also brought a fuzzy pair of mittens -- the kind with the fingers cut out -- for when it's REALLY cold in here.

6. Not quite that bad...

but close. The temp when I came in was a frosty 53F.

At least the company got their money's worth, the A/C is great!
