GM Offers Employee Discounts To ALL Car Buyers
<snip>

DETROIT -- There is no need to work for General Motors to catch a break on the sticker price.

The world's largest automaker is extending its employee discount to all car buyers.

The program includes all GM vehicles except for the Corvette and GMC medium duty trucks such as the Silverado. GM said its dealerships will post the new price on vehicles from June 1 to July 5.

GM has had sluggish sales so far this year despite high marks for quality. Its market share fell to 25 percent in April. It was 27.7 percent a year ago.

1. Wow. Overt desperation.
Maybe they should give away a free pork chop with each vehicle so at least a dog will play with it.

2. No 'Vette, no deal!
Seriously though, does GM have any hybrid trucks/SUV's? Or a diesel engine that could run on biodiesel?
