Has anyone seen "The Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill"?? |

I saw it this weekend. Excellent documentary although it was definitely a bit contrived in some parts. Made me fantasize more than ever about moving to San Francisco. For those of you who haven't heard of it, it is about a guy named Mark Bittner who has formed a relationship with a flock of wild parrots in San Francisco. No one knows where the parrots came from. Mark lives rent-free in a little cottage that his landlords let him live in because he is part of the local color. It's alot more interesting than I'm making it sound.

Bittner's flock is near Telegraph Hill (I believe) while the other is in the South of Market area. Unfortunately, neither flock hangs out near my house. :( I do have a blue jay who likes to tear up my carnivorous plants though :grr:
