I have a major problem & I am not sure how to deal with it.

Any time I am driving, in a parking lot or anywhere there are cars & I see a bush/cheney sticker of any kind I have an almost uncontrollable urge to go slap the person.
So far I have been able to stop myself, but I am not sure how long my self control will last.
Please help me!

8. Well, I flip the bird to every car with a W sticker, every house,

store, etc. that has a W sign. Of course, I don't do this where the driver or owner can see me. I know, I know, I'm chickenshit but I get some kind of satisfaction just venting. Now the kids and grandkids have learned to just let me do my thing in a passive-aggressive way. I prefer to think that while the W owners do not realize how much I hate their beliefs I think the family is getting the picture and it has opened up discussion with them several times. The older grandkids in high school have asked a lot of questions and understand my views pretty clearly - to the frustration of their freeper father (good guy, really has his head up his ass about W, tho).

Also, I always give a jaunty thumbs up to anyone who has a Kerry, anti-Bush, anti-GOP, etc. sticker on their vehicle. While gassing up the other day a guy with a Purple Heart license plate pulled into the next pump. As he got out he looked at my Kerry/Edwards sticker and said that he liked my sticker. Then he said we are just going to have to work harder next time. Told him that we had our work cut out for us, that the voting machines are worrisome and that this administration is corrupt. He just nodded his head and agreed. I take heart from those mini moments.

I know in ten or twenty years they will think, "WTF was I thinking?"

Flipping the bird when they think they are right is nothing compared to the pain of knowing they fucked up big time in the future (they might try to fix things when they get there). Let time take revenge. And, I don't want on the team that gives me the middle finger.
