My apology was an attempt to calm the waters I had stirred up. Nothing makes me want to leave DU like the constant flamefests. I try not to participate in them. I certainly do not want to be the cause of one.
I do not like the show. Especially the fact that it gets reported on as news. However, I think I'll refrain from criticizing pop culture in future.
I had no idea people felt so strongly about it. On the other hand, maybe they do not and were just responding to my innapproproiate tone...

Why the fuck would someone NOT support the greens? Get a clue people!
It really is all in the tone! (I'm kidding here folks. Don't bother to flame me. I have found it good to be clear about these things.)
I usaually avoid such things but, I hate how that show has taken over this country just like the repug dicks have. I suspect both are symptoms of the same national psychosis.
No offense to those of you that like it! By all means keep watching.
