I have a friend who will confirm this, who had a very bad Captain Morgan experience at a concert. Of course the story ends with "puking in the bushes."

the Captain has a pair of pistols.

Besides -- ambush, trickery, treachery and villainy of all sorts would be a pirate specialty.

So a bar fight would probably go to the Captain. Now, a fair fight is another matter. When sober, Mr Daniels is probably a pretty good shot.
