Tech question - help a Liberal Website!

Hey everyone - got a question:

Does anyone know of a search engine that you can add to your website, that not only produces results that take you to the right page, but also take you to the right part of the page?

Reason being - the Republican Dictionary could use a search engine for people who want to look up terms. But it really only makes sense to add one if I can take them to the right part of the page where the requested word is.

I found it looking here: http://www.thefreecountry.com/scripthosting/searchengines.shtml

There may be a free one that takes you to right part of the page there too - I haven't checked them all out yet.

Do you have cpanel?

2. I had to build my own from scratch to get something similar to that

But it used bookmarks, if that helps any.
