Is Matthew Lesko for real? |

Yes, I love watching him chase collection agents down the Mall in DC on that ad of his, and I know he's been around forever. But are his resources worth checking out for stuff like non-profits, grants, etc.?

I found one of his books at Value Village. One look at the information proves how worthless it is. The programs exist and are good (for those that qualify). However, it isn't anything you can't get for free.
For instance, "scholarships" and such give basic information about FAFSA. You don't have to pay to learn that.
If you're really interested, I'd suggest a library or a thrift store. Do not waste your money.
