Hi Dear,

I am Mr. Ivan Poski, a member of the Ovasi Peace movement. A peace group secretly sponsored by late President Ronald Reagan and Mr. Mikhail Khodorkovsky, the embattled chairman, CEO of Yukos oil Menatap SBP Bank.

The Ovasi Peace group contributed immensely in the revolution that sent President Charles Taylor on exile after he betrayed one American Citizen during there business deal. Beside our fight for equality and political stability was the lusaka Diamond and crude oil, we also had control over the Lusaka Diamond mines & some oil pipe lines, which was a joint investment between late President Reagan and Mr. Khodorkovsky.

Diamonds were being mined and sold to French and Arabian dealers for many years. On 28th of may 2004 before the death of late President Reagan the sum of US$360million was realized from the sales of the Diamonds at the Lusaka Mines and as usual was disbursed according to the agreement among the war lords, the local chiefs and the foreign sponsors.

The sum of US$20m and US$15m was sent to late President Reagan and Mr. Khodorkovsky respectively. All funds previously sent to them were usually done through one European transport Broker. The Broker moves the money to Europe where it is delivered to a European security Agency who Deposit the funds being registered as a Diamond peace in their Security Warehouse in Europe.

On this particular transaction I had delays in sending a confirmation of the package & arrival of the funds in Europe before the CNN announcement of the arrest of Mr. Khodorkovsky for avating tax.
Based on this counter, i seeked asylum in Africa inorder to work for the claiming of this deposit for my personal use from the Broker, but unfortunately i was hospitalized while making arrangement on this claim. Right now i am undergoing medical treatment as a result of cancer of the Lever in one of the hospital. My greatest problem now is that my Doctor told me that I would not last for the next two to three weeks if an urgent lever transplant operation is not carried
out due to my lever problem at the moment Although the Holy Book of Exodus 14 VS 14 says that the lord will fight my case and I shall hold my peace, Right now the funds are still with the broker in Europe waiting for instructions on how they are to be released.

YOUR ROLE:
If you agree on my terms, I will give you every detail you require to present yourself to the broker as the beneficiary of the said package, i will forward you all the papers that will stand you as the new beneficiary from our Group and he will send the Packaged funds to wherever you instruct him as the new beneficiary.

(1) I will take 70% of the funds when you get it while you take 25% for your honest partnership and 5% will be shared among charity organizations and the less priveldge once, My percentage will help me to cover my hospital expenses.
