Can an old dog learn new tricks? |
|
I saw a topic header elsewhere on DU using this old phrase, but it had to do with politics. But literally -- can an old dog learn new tricks?

A dog of any age can always learn something new. Unlike people, who learn nothing of significance after age 7.

3. Well, the question related to tricks. I learned loads of new |
|
tricks that weren't particularly significant after age 7. Building computers, piloting 44 foot motor lifeboats through Atlantic Northeasters, things like that. I do consider those more "tricks" than anything, BTW, I'm not just being facetious.

Absolutely. I've had the old dogs to prove it.

5. Of course, but only if the dog wants to. |
