1. There are only so many roles in which
you can scream at people in a grating accent and slam their heads in a door?

and after those are exhausted you have to act.

3. Maybe they'll have a Goodfellas part III.
No knock against Joe. I love what he does, even in Home Alone.

18. I think that's what they called Casino.
A lot of the cast members from Goodfellas were in Casino. Two of my favorite movies.

9. He's waiting for another DeNiro vehicle that has space for a loud-mouthed
sidekick :).

Or maybe he's waiting on Marissa Tomei to do a My Cousin Vinnie 2 :)

15. Don't you remember?
In Lethal Weapon 4 Danny Glover and Mel Gibson were already "too old for this shit." It looks like Joe is going to have to look elsewhere.

21. Worst. Franchise. Ever.
Seriously, that LW series was attrocious, even by mindless blockbuster standards.

And I like mindless blockbusters.

17. Apparently he's done a pullback and has turned down at least
three movies in the last five years, after expressing initial interest in each.

Mostly, he's doing the celebrity golf tournament thing and running his restaurant out in AZ, I think.

Occasionally sighted on the Jersey Shore (he is a Jersey boy, after all.)

20. It's the whole JFK thing.
The shadow government is sabotaging anyone involved in that movie. Funny thing: I watched that movie almost obsessively during the summer of the shark(or 2001).
