How often do you go to the movie theater?

I usually go about two or three times a month, maybe more in the summer.

1. When there are good movies. I go more when the pictures are

trying to get in the Academy Award category. Did just see Cinderella Man...it was so good I will probably go back in a few days. I also just saw Crash...also a winner.

I hate movie theaters. Last time I went was to see BeCool, but that was only because I had a free ticket for buying Get Shorty.

I go way more often in the summer, than any other time of the year because of my studies.

I really wish people would either hire babysitters or not go to the show.

I think the whole VCR revolution killed the movie experience in a big way; a good chunk of people think of the theater as their living rooms and treat it as such..

12. I don't feel like I can really

afford to go at all--the movies are very expensive here in the city--way overpriced.

But--I have a good friend who works at one of the theaters--she is always passing along discount coupons and freebies to me. Thanks to her, I can get out occasionally now--I had really missed it. I love the movies, they are just too expensive now. And renting videos has gotten so convenient....
