I just ran 10 blocks and I'm tired as hell. Ugh. So out of shape.
Edit: just to make myself feel better, I will not that they were new york city blocks. So they're kind of long. And I did this on the tail end of a 2 hour walk. Actually, there isn't really an excuse, I'm just a lazy mofo.

Got to start small and work up..I ran three miles today from increasing my run since Winter. And I feel Grrrreat! B-)

You do NOT sound like a candidate for wuss-hood to me! Running 10 blocks after a 2 hour walk sounds reasonably strenuous. And if it's the first time you did that, then of course you're tired! You have to build up slooooowly, you know...
Keep at it; you'll get better in time!
