My dog jumps on my favorite chair
whenever I leave the house. Any dog psychologists out there? Does he do it cause he misses me or is it some sort of power play?

2. You're his master, the leader of the pack.
You leave, the dog is in charge of the place. Thinks he is entitled to your throne.

3. My dog climbs into any bed she has access to.
But she's getting on in years, and can't quite jump the way she used to. Now it's my sons mattress on the floor.

5. It's your dog's chair

He just lets you think its yours when you're around.

6. You may call yourself the kingofalldems
but face the fact, it's really their house (the pets)
you're just the errand boy who brings home the chow.

So, yes - it's the dog's chair. You own nothing in the house.

My life has become far less frustrating since I've accepted their power over the homeplace....
