Watching Rage Against the Machine: The Battle of Mexico City. Ask me
a question of some sort.

Zach de la Rocha is amazing.

In my college days I loved the music but thought the lyrics were far-left crazy shit.

But he was right all along. The whole damned time. I remember Battle of Los Angeles being one of my few musical refuges during the run up to the Iraq War. It's all true. Every single word.

1. Why did they censor it?
I haven't seen it but that is what I heard.

3. I heard they censored out the word "fuck"...
... except for the "Fuck you! I won't do what you tell me!" part in "Killing in the Name".

7. I don't know. I'd like to know why they broke up
and formed that shitty-ass Audioslave.

Funny how an entire band can go to shit just by losing their lead singer.

8. Don't know ALL the details, but
de la Rocha left Rage to pursue a "solo career".

9. Sorry, dude, I'm not crazy about Audioslave,
but from day one, for me, the vocals were the least important part of Rage.
