Tales from the 'burbs-UPDATE on the mad Ice Cream man
Last week I told the story of the crazed Ice Cream man driving partly through our front lawn and clipping some limbs off one of our trees.

Well on Saturday a guy who recently moved out of the neighborhood was walking around with his son handing out church leaflets. I was talking to him and mentioned the Ice Cream guy "Oh yeah there is something weird going on there", he said. Apparently the Ice Cream man attains speeds up to 45 MPH in the neighborhood and the guy's son and his friends had to chase the truck down because the MAD Ice Cream man refused to come down their street.

I have visions of people running out their homes trying to wave the guy down as he screams through the neighborhood careening around corners and squealing tires.

4. No it isn't.
Never having been and Ice Cream man myself the following merely from observation... and a college education:

The point is to "serve" or "interact" with as many people as possible thereby selling goods (in this case) for more than you paid for them which covers all your expenses AND affords you some sort of income over and above costs.

I have an accounting degree.

12. HA the bike riding kids in this neighborhood
First, apparently those low rider bikes (motorcycle looking) seem to be really popular.

Second, I have seen several kids walking their bikes up the slight hill in front of our house.
