I'm on the 25th floor - the pool is on the roof of a 21-story apartment building. So I get to watch people swim all summer. Yay.

2. I keep hopin'
although given the Philadelphia-quality bodies, I don't know if it would be a good thing, or just a funny thing...

4. Our old office in Manhattan used to look down on the sun deck
Of the apartment building next door.

You would occasionally see a few topless women sunbathing.

Then we moved offices, dammit.

6. I used to be able to see a friend's balcony from my office
when I was doing some temp work. I saw him out on the balcony one morning, drinking coffee in his robe, so I called him up and asked for a flash.

He wasn't amused

In the winter, when it gets dark early, people in other office have seen nudies walking around their lit-up apartments. Rarely anything anyone would be too excited about.

3. How deep is the pool?
I'm thinking there's some high - dive potential here.

On the other hand, how nervous are the folks that live on the 21st floor of that building?? Hell, I never liked living in apartments when there was a waterbed upstairs, let alone a goddamned swimming pool!

5. It's pretty deep
The pool is elevated above the top floor -- it sits above a lot of HVAC-looking stuff, so I imagine if it ever broke, it would flood the roof and not the 21st floor.
