Speaking of MJ, Is the longer the jury takes to decide a plus or minus for |
|
him? Which way would length of deliberation time go? I think innocent would take less time because they would be more careful with guilt but considering the nature of the crtime maybe not!

1. I think they're most likely discussing their individual book/shoe deals. |

Or movie options. Whatever.

4. I think typically, the longer the deliberation, the better for the defense |
|
I've heard/read that speedy verdicts tend to go for the prosecution.

6. Everybody has theories |

And the simple fact is that no one knows. Jury consultants are the biggest rip-off in history. The length of time the jury is out means nothing.
Juries are never predictable. Never.

bits I read showed a inadequate prosecution but I think the prosecution kicked Messereau's butt in closing. His argument were really effective and Messereau shot himself in the foot by promising more than he could deliver. The celebrity testimony hurt the defense as they didn't say what the defense thought they would. It became a draw with the closing! Whatdayathink?

listen to the opening and closing statements. I find them interestng! It actually isn't the case itself so much as how it is presented!

after a lifetime spent in courtrooms, I really don't get any kind of buzz watching second-hand replications on TV - especially if I'm not getting paid.
Nothing personal, toots. You know that..............

you're getting a filtered version of what Jackson's "motivation" might have been. You're not getting any kind of realistic view.
I daresay you could come up with far better, more interesting, and certainly more creative scenarios as to the motivation.
You think he'll be convicted?

I read it and it was better than anything else in the trial! It also had a lot of bells and whistles that I couldn't see. Really effective use of media. I think it is an even money shot. I just don'y know. Jackson should get help either way. And he shouldn't be near childen!

I personally think that, whether he's a pedophile or not, Jackson opened himself to the charges, and the families are fucking sharks. Everyone is guilty in this case.
