Has anyone ever been to St. George Island, FL?

I'm headed down there early wed morning for a little R&R. Looking for advice on things to do - other than the standard lay on the beach and drink too much at night. Although I plan to do those things as well!

like to fish? throw a line in at Govt cut, or hike out to west pass.

4. Not much for fishing. Actually I don't mind fishing, it's the taking the

fish off the hook and otherwise preparing from there that I don't enjoy.

6. Really, I would only do it to catch fresh fish...for my own food.

Sorry. I like fish. Although I'm not a hunter, I really have no problem with those who eat what they hunt and only hunt what they need. Same kind of thing with fishing for me.
