of serving booze to minors.

The judge allowed the lesser version of misdemenor. I think that's they only charge he'll be "found" guilty of.

There doesn't seem to be enough evidence to convict beyond a reasonalble doubt on the others.

The shady past of the family doesn't help.

And I think they have to be considering what prison would be like for Jackson. That has to be in the back of their minds as they deliberate.

They were told to consider that for the purposes of plan, scheme, motive, lack of mistake or common design only. Nevertheless, they might look at the footage and decide to believe the victim based on that. Plus he dressed like a clown in court.
