I love kilts.

I'm currently trying to persuade my Welsh fiance to wear one for our wedding. But he refuses to wear one (the Evans tartan is also a lovely colour as well).

The Evans Tartan



I should settle for asking my Scottish childhood friends to wear their kilts. I think kilts are beautiful when worn the right way.

18. My wife attempted to make a kilt for me to wear on St. Pat's.

The pleats got to her.
And since Walsh is not strictly a "family" name, but refers to "the Stranger" or Welshman in Ireland, it's hard to pin down a tartan.
It is, however, one of the five most common names in Ireland.
But here's the Limerick Walsh Tartan:
