1. And smarshed taters.
Got to have smarshed taters. Maybe some butterbeans, made with some fatback, too.

6. I had Chicken Fried Steak and Gravy
hash browns and eggs in the coffee shop of the casino in Beatty, NV. It was so good! I could feel the cholesterol coursing thru my veins.

10. I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE IT!
I like it done simply, of course, but there's a restaurant we often go to where they do a "classy" version, and it's really, really good.

I'm hungry now.

15. Cutlets too
Veal, pork, or venison cutlets are done the same way and my preference of course is venison because that was what was available in my youth. My mother was a crack shot with a 22 and put meat on a lot of friends and neighbors tables through the depression and WWII.
So if this makes you hungry, you can write me for recipes for the meat, country gravy, green beans w/bacon & onion, fried summer squash, and the best mashed potatoes ever!
I haven't been able to find a prepared item that could compare but will admit using a few when on DU too long! LOL
