3. An awesomely chilling and brutal flick.
Truman Capote nailed it in that masterpiece. Blake did a great job too.

10. Capote left them out of this book. They would not interview with him
and he probably had some scruples. Capote was intent on the crime, criminals and the recipe for justice that was arrived at. In any case, just wondering what happened to them.

5. I saw that when it came out.
It scared the living shit our of me. Moreso because it's true, and it happened in the region where I live.

13. I know one of the deputies who was one of the first on scene.
He later moved to Missouri and was the mayor of the town I used to live in. Mitch Geisler was the deputy. His daughter and I used to work together. He rarely talked about it but when he did he had one hell of a story. He just passed away a few weeks ago.
