Do you eat just before bedtime? |
|
Or do you stop eating after 8PM or so?

1. If I eat in the evenings |
|
It's rarely before 8 that I start cooking - then it gets to after 9 before I actually start to eat.

4. Can't do coffee before bed |
|
In fact I can't really do coffee after lunch-time if I want to sleep. My body just had far too much caffeine between ages 16 and 21 and it screwed me up.
What a total wimp I am.
I'm just wondering exactly what you want to eat before bed
